Before You Arrive

Arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can check you in, give a quick tour, and help you get settled. Bring water and wear comfortable, breathable clothes that let you move freely. Mats are available to rent for $5, or bring your own. Download our app to view the schedule, book classes, and manage your pass.
