• Freezing versus cancelling is often a great idea! It gives you flexibility and ensures you can restart your practice when you're ready without any changes to your current membership rate. Don’t forget: our livestream classes can be accessed from anywhere! If you’re traveling, you can keep your membership active and practice from wherever you are.

  • Please note that if you are on a discounted monthly rate that is no longer offered on our pricing page, that price cannot be honored at a later date once a membership is cancelled. If you'd like to explore the option of freezing your membership, please complete our Membership Freeze Request Form instead.

• If you practice more than once a week, our membership offers our lowest price per class. Alternatively, if you practice less than once a week, our numbered class pass pricing options would be the perfect fit for you! For those interested in switching to a different package, please make a note of this in the additional comments section of the below form.

• We never want to turn anyone away for lack of funds. Let’s have a conversation to see if we can make this work for you! Send us an email and we’ll work together to figure out a solution to keep you on your mat whenever possible.
