As a retired college athlete, movement has always been at the center of my life. Yoga became the bridge between physical strength and inner resilience — a practice that challenged my body while grounding my mind.
I’ve been a dedicated student at Harmony for over 10 years, and this is where my practice truly deepened. In 2021, after moving through a profound season of loss and healing, I completed my 200-hour teacher training. During that time, yoga — and the community surrounding it — became an anchor, helping me reconnect to my body, my breath, and myself.
My classes are energetic, intentional, and strong. I love creating sequences that challenge you in the best way while staying rooted in breath, presence, and mindful movement. You can expect to leave feeling empowered, grounded, and reminded of just how capable you are — both on and off the mat.
