Welcome to your sanctuary!
After arriving in Costa Rica and taking our private flight to the island, we’ll arrive at Horizon Hotel and get settled into our home for the week.

You’ll have time to unpack, unwind, and explore the property before we gather. As the sun begins to set, we’ll come together for a special surprise evening and officially begin the retreat.

Each day includes morning and evening yoga classes, led by Natalie alongside special guest instructors from Horizon Yoga Hotel. Expect a thoughtfully curated mix of practices, including vinyasa, yin, yoga nidra, and fascial-focused work, offering both movement and deep restoration throughout the week.

During your free time, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to explore, relax, and reconnect. Options include:

• Booking massage and bodywork sessions

• Beach walks and nature strolls

• Lounging by the pool

• Meditation sessions and soul circles

• Horseback riding

• ATV rentals and guided ATV tours

• Surfing or paddleboarding

• Hiking, fishing,️ and other local adventures

Whether you’re craving adventure or stillness, each day is designed to give you the space to choose exactly what your body and spirit need.

All breakfasts and lunches are included and served at the resort’s organic vegetarian restaurant. Enjoy a vibrant celebration of fresh flavors, nourishing ingredients, soothing sounds, and pure ocean views from the open-air deck.

Dinners are intentionally flexible.
In the evenings, we’ll head out to local restaurants — sometimes together as a group, sometimes solo or in smaller crews — totally based on the vibe and how everyone is feeling that day. Santa Teresa is filled with incredible dining options, all within walking distance, offering everything from casual beach eats to elevated local favorites.

Tucked along Costa Rica’s Nicoya Peninsula, Santa Teresa is a laid-back coastal town known for its wild beaches, golden sunsets, and effortless blend of surf, wellness, and nature. Life here moves slower — barefoot mornings, salty air, and days shaped by the tide and the sun.
