Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a systematic method of achieving complete mental, emotional, and physical relaxation. This ancient method cannot be defined as simply relaxation or the steps that take you there, but rather a specific state of consciousness. This state of being has to do with the conscious experience of dreamless "Deep Sleep", where only the subconscious is still active. Yoga Nidra is one of the deepest forms of meditation and has proved useful in purifying the deep impressions, or samskaras, which are the driving forces behind our actions or karma. Reiki Master and Yoga Instructor, Tina DiCillo, will gently guide you through warm up postures to prepare your body for stillness and follow with a 45 minute Yoga Nidra Meditation. This class is recommended to yogis of all levels and beliefs, for it has the potential to bring great balance and clarity into your life!

She will include fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients into her dishes. Studies show that a whole foods, plant-based diet vs. an animal-based diet can prevent and reverse cancer, diabetes, arthritis, obesity and even heart disease. Deepen your connection with them by spending quality time together. At Harmony, we have learned that spending time with your child is much more than just being physically present.
