Sara Wank


Sara’s love for dance, movement, anatomy, and kinesiology is what brought her to her first yoga class in 2005. She has found an art form in the many styles of yoga throughout her years of practice, especially in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Anusara, Jivamukti, and Satyananda. She received her 200-hour training in 2012 through Marni Task’s Jivasara training and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lake Erie College where her studies were focused in Anatomy, Kinesiology, Pilates, Wellness, and Sports Nutrition.
