Open up your children to the wonderful world of yoga at an early age! Join our lovely instructor Maria who is fabulous with kids as she guides them through the basics. This class is an adventure in movement for ages 4-7 keeping them active and relaxed at the same time. As we explore safe physical postures in a supportive environment and introduce breathing techniques, children will be encouraged to focus and call attention to their still and quiet selves. Through the use of story-telling, craft activities, and exercise, children will learn the foundations of yoga and begin to understand a practice that fosters mindfulness, positivity, and cooperation. Ages are flexible for this class, so if your child is slightly younger or older please ask!
