Kids yoga is a fun way to give your child freedom to be who they really are: Kids! In a safe and fun environment, your child will run, jump and play their way to exotic lands and faraway adventures cultivating their imaginations. They will dance and sing stimulating their minds, building confidence, coordination and teamwork. By using nature and animal-themed games, your child will learn to feel their connection to the natural world around them. By using guided relaxation and visualization your child will learn to self-calm and relax.
